Erik's Thread Full of Wonder and Intrigue

I know you've been waiting for an answer on this one. So here are my explanations:


Natalie is lawful good, she is "Down with the ship" good. I think we can agree on that with her admirable loyalty

Courtney is Neutral Good. She wanted the outcome to be good over evil but she had no qualms about ends to means

Colby is chaotic good. He believed strongly in loyalty but he had no agenda

Erik is Lawful Neutral. You were focused on the outcome. You weren't evil but you were willing to betray if need be to get to the end

Ciera is true neutral. she obeyed the orders she was given regardless of intention

Shrin is chaotic neutral. She had no agenda that I could see but she made a splash

Parviti is lawful evil. She didn't get the chance to become a villain but we know she would have made a good one. I think she could have fit the definition to a T

Angie was neutral evil. She followed orders but her intentions were rooted in hate

with Alex I'm going chaotic evil, he was setting himself up to be unpredictable and a flipper

I'll answer some of the conversations. You asked how I feel about Rodney statement. I knew Rodney was never turning on me. And the fact of the matter is I'm the only reason he made it this far. During the tie vote Natalie was threatening to flip. Mike was voting him out. If I wanted Rodney gone he would have been gone. I had to strongarm Rodney into doing a lot of things I wanted done. He didn't want you out Erik. I had to force his hand in it. Same with the Natalie vote. He didn't want to do it, but I wanted it done so I made him do it. 

I want to win this game badly. I don't think taking Rodney to the end makes me want to win less. It means I want to beat him in final tribal. I'm a human, I have emotions, I love Rodney to death, he is a great person. I don't think me taking him makes me bad or a terrible player. 

Again with the small talk, I can show you where you kept asking for the dirty details of what happened on my tribe. It just came off fishy to me, I'm sorry if you don't see it like that


Courtney told me about the alliance that round. I suspected something like that because you were so social with everybody. I remember talking to Courtney after she told me, and saying how if she worked with Rodney I could keep her another round, and she didn't seem interested which is why I had to vote her out. If she would have wanted to work against you it might have been different.


The control I had over both of them was a 10. I say that because there is not one move that happened that I did not want to happen. Rodney on the other hand would fight me about somethings and end up losing, which is why you and Natalie are on the Jury.

Parvati - Chaotic Neutral. I was conflicted on this because she loved the drama in game but came here with a positive attitude. 
Alex - Neutral Evil. He was out for himself
Shirin - Chaotic Evil. Almost ruined everything for my game
Angie - Lawful Evil. Most evil of the game
Courtney - Lawful Good. Had the most passion and was the hero
Erik - Lawful good as well. You were another heroic person this season
ciera - Neutral. UTR at its best
Natalie - Lawful Evil because some of the stuff said made her a villain

Andrea, can you give some more clarification on why you said Angie was Lawful, rather than neutral or chaotic?

Also, how much control do you think you had over Rodney? Put it on a scale of 1-10.

I meant chaotic evil for Angie, but giving people those things were confusing. I meant the most evil one so I think that is chaotic.

Nobody else in this game even registered on the scale of control over Rodney. I had my pick of the litter on allies thanks to my own work and I chose you. You being here is a direct result of my decision. If I wanted Erik to be here bad enough he would have been, the only difference is you would not be. 

Everyone including you had their game in my hands. I connected with you the most so I hand picked you to take with me. I easily could have taken another route. I was going to the finals regardless, you were lucky enough to receive a free ticket on the Rodney train. You're welcome.


Sorry to be so frank but that was how it worked. I gave your game life. If the jury is looking at the Natalie vote and they see me doing something for you and call it your move then they turn around and look at the Shirin vote and see you doing something for me and they call it-

Then they are being a little biased. The Shirin vote I successfully executed on my connections with you. I was sure to keep you at the ready if I needed you and it came through. That's about the time in the game where you started to matter but I had already been through three rounds leading the charge in a shitstorm. The Shirin vote finally gave you relevance but make no mistake about which of your relationships provided you with said relevance.

Look, guessing random numbers and doing jigsaw puzzles is great. That's one way to play the game. Randomly betting on the right box and posting in your confessional: I'm playing this idol is lots of fun, but I got here by creating networks, controlling people, calculating the numbers, and hours upon hours of conversation and deception. If the jury wants to look at you finishing a puzzle fastest as a higher achievement than that's up to them. It would have been a good story at least if it was a Worlds Apart Mike Holloway-esque immunity run but this was the 2nd safest person in the game who also happened to the the only computer savvy person left finishing puzzles faster than the safest person in the game who didn't need to win, 3 very low activity players, and Natalie. Lets stop pretending either of us were ever going to vote the other out and throw out that ridiculous control rating. If you want a real calculated number, my control on the game was an 8.9 because that's the percentage of merge rounds that went my way with my approval. If you're on the jury it's probably because Rodney put you there

There is nobody else in this game with whom I was such a monster. I lied to a lot of people to get here but I learned from the first time that i betrayed you what kind of heart you have in your chest. I learned you are a good person with fragile feelings. You were looking for more than just a win from this game, you were just as much, if not more, here for the relationships that are made. We all have our reasons but that is something that is important to you and I realized that a while ago but regrettably it didn't stop me from using you. the idol play that took out Erik didn't really have anything to do with my conscience. It wasn't done to repay any kind of debt to you, it wasn't even done to save you. That idol would have been played on whoever was getting the most votes that round, it just so happened to be you. I used your emotional state and I was manipulative toward you. I lied and whispered sweet nothings of retribution but just like before I was using you as a pawn, only this time I had every reason to feel shame. The way I talked to you and reeled you back in to me was heinous to say the least. I was hedging your real life trust on my backup plans in an online game and I am sick with myself for what I've done. I am not this kind of person, I did a lot of things I'm not proud of in this game but what I did to you and the way it made you feel is what hurts the most. So now I stand before you having already been told I will not receive a vote from you in a million years, with nothing left to gain from you. I ask not for your forgiveness, because I cannot ask that of you, but I only ask from human to human; Are you okay? I took it too far and that's on me, so just tell me if there is anything I can do for you. If that means never speaking to you again, I understand. I just hope everything is okay.

I honestly hope n pray that was sincere cus I did want a friendship with you outside the game and it hurts like hell that you didn't have a connection with me and only used me. I understand using me but knowing u didn't feel a connection with me is what hurts me the most. As heartless as a person can be in an online game I wonder what would have happened for a million dollars. But if at all possible I would like to be friends
