So we lost the first challenge... surprisingly not in dead last though. I feel safe this round though because everyone is on board to just vote Sandra again. I am however worried that I might be in danger if we lose again because I have no solid alliance on my tribe. I've talked to Rodney and Shirin the most but I only ever really talked game with Rodney. Hopefully he can keep me safe in any upcoming tribals or I am going to be in trouble. The only person on my tribe that I have not said more than a few words to is Natalie. She seemed very intense during the challenge, which could be good or bad. I know I need to start talking to everyone, but it's hard. Hopefully we win the next challenge so I won't have to worry but with two tribes going to tribal that might be unlikely. Good luck me!

I AM VERY MAD AT MYSELF


I did the naming survivors part for this challenge and I though it was going to be difficult so after consulting with my tribe i decided to only bet five. When I saw what the category was my heart dropped. I knew I could have done thirty and I ONLY BET 5.


Moral of the story is I am dumb and I could have done so much better and now if we lose the challenge I might be in danger

Pre-Tribal Confessional (Round 2):
So after I found out we lost again I knew I needed to start talking game. I know in my earlier game related confessional I said me and Natalie never talked but we started to and agreed to protect each other. I made the same deal with everyone on my tribe except for Ken, so naturally my target for this round is Ken. Luckily Natalie had the same target in mind so we got to work. So far I've talked to Shirin (one of my favorite people to talk to) and she seems on board. I just need to secure Rodney's vote and we're golden. I don't want my tribe to realize I am trying to take control so I will be telling everyone I talk to that getting rid of Ken is Natalie's idea. That way if the tribe flips it will be pinned on her instead of innocent me. I am not sure if I am going to tell Erik about the plan because I have no idea if he is close to him. Hopefully nothing changes and this is another easy tribal for Ciera. Also we need to start winning things. TWO puzzles and the brains tribe still failed... oh well. 

Also I think the brawn tribe gave Rodney the idol clue to make him a target because they don't like him for some reason, but he is one of my closest allies so there is no way I am letting him go at this point, plus in the future he'll be a target instead of me!

This tribe swap was a surprise! I knew one would happen but I didn't think it would be this soon. The split was 3 brawn, 3 beauty, and 2 Brain which could look like a bad situation but I am trying to make it work for me. I told Spencer I want a beauty/brain alliance because honestly I do not like Candice from the brawn tribe... LOL. Hopefully Erik is on board which will put us in the majority. I've been talking with Burton also which is putting me in dangerous waters, I don't want to make too many deals because it will come back and bite me, which is why I'm keeping the talk just personal. As of now I really hope the beauty/brain alliance works out, but we will have to see. Ideally we will just win challenges until merge but I doubt it. 

P.S. My 3 closest allies from Xipaya were Natalie, Rodney, and Shirin and you took them away from me!  SAD.

So Angie went ahead and made the planned Beauty/Brain alliance chat and angie and Mike had a blow up because Mike told something Angie told him to Burton and then they had a fight but I think everything calmed down. After that fight I finally got them to realize we have five votes and an easy majority. They agreed. Mike came to me and said he is good voting for this round but does not trust Angie so I said its fine just get through a few votes and we'll be good. Then I basically had the same conversation with Angie so now I am in the middle of legit everything.

SO
Right now we agreed Burton and Alex are too close and need to be split up so the target tonight is Burton.
Burton thinks that the beauty tribe and them are going to vote out Erik.
Burton thinks that Erik and I are voting out Candice.

So all in all this tribe is a clusterfuck.

I don't feel as confident this tribal. I initially wanted Angie out because she is a loose cannon so I asked who I thought I could trust the most, Erik, about the plan and he seemed reluctant. The vote quickly switched to Candice. Later, however Angie approached me acting worried about the future so I am assuming Erik told her that she was in danger or something. Now I'm nervous because I thought I had a lot of control, but clearly I don't. Hopefully Candice goes this round and then I can work things out with Erik and Angie or else I might be going next... Or this round if I'm not careful.

Erik and I have a decision to make this tribal. We could stick with the brains or we could flip on them and stay with Mike and Spencer. The problem with staying with the brains is that once the merge happens the brawn and beauties would probably gang up on us. Our plan is to stick with the brains this round and vote out probably Spencer, maybe Parvati. Then next time we have to vote we take out a brain to keep the others from flipping on us in the merge. Hopefully this works out and a beauty goes home tonight though. The reason we want Spencer gone is because he plays too hard and is a good gameplay. He's spun a web of connections in this game and that needs to be stopped before the merge.

I was nervous going into this merge because there are 3 brawn, 4 beauties, and 5 brains. I am no dumb ass so naturally I assumed the brawn and beauties would get together to take out the brains. Luckily Erik comes to me and says Alex wants to work with him and Rodney and asked Erik if he had Ciera (me) in his back pocket. I told Erik to tell him yes so I'd be included in this alliance. Rodney, Erik, and I were added to an alliance with the three remaining brawn members. I said if we needed a vote Nat would vote with us for this round. I am working to convince Alex that I will flip on the brains when it comes down to it, which is honestly a decent possibility. However, at this point I think the best way for me to win is to make final 5 with all the brains, and then backstab Erik because if Erik makes finals he will win. He has connections with so many people, but for the time being I need to use that to my advantage. Hopefully I end up in the end with Nat and Shirin as I think I could beat them. If I do make it to the end I'll have been to every tribal, as well as Erik, which is why if I am in the final Erik cannot be there.

So I know for a fact the four beauties are voting for me. The brawn/brain alliance decided to vote for Parvati. We heard Angie has the vote nullifier so we cannot split the vote as that would be very dangerous with an idol also somewhere in play. Unless the brawn tribe is playing me, or the beauties guess who to use the idol on I should be okay, but I am still very nervous of being idol'd out.

Mike was sent to exile and Andrea won the challenge, which makes Angie the easy vote, well so I though. I said i wanted to send my vote early since I'm moving into college tomorrow (Rutgers University woo!), but Rodney pm'd me and said don't vote yet, and that he thinks things are going to change. I don't know exactly what he means by that, but I am assuming the brawns think Angie or Andrea has the idol and will play it to save Angie. this means the brawns will try to vote out a brain and the beauties probably will too. I am nervous, but I have to trust Rodney at this point in the game. Just two more successful tribals and the brains will have majority!

I'll do a confessional. So with college making me very busy I have't had the opportunity to really strategize as much as I would have liked. From what has happened is me and natalie formed a final two and decided we wanted to take Shirin with us, but the brawns threatened Shirin causing her to flip or something and then used an idol on Angie which made the votes split which caused chaos. Overall Natalie and I knew that Shirin had to go. Our new final 3 might be with Rodney, which is risky because he will get votes in the final probably. Shirin going however keeps our alliance in power. you tried Courtney =[

I am so sorry I am lacking on these confessionals. This game did however turn pretty basic with the Brains taking over with Andrea's help. Rodney said he wanted an all brain final 4 which I'd be okay with, but there is no way I'll win. If Andrea is smart she is gonna use her double vote to tie it or try something but we will see. I'm kind of in a sucky position because either way I go at this point I am not so sure I can win. Shirin getting out really screwed me tbh.
